Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Close” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Billing Details” page and choose a payment method and click “Place Order” button.
  4. After you fill your billing details then choose a payment method and click “Place Order” button.
  5. After you click“Place Order” button you will direct to a “Order Details” page.

 

Q. How to check Order status?

To check the order status:-

  1. Checkout by log in user : –
    1. Click “My account” or “Order Tracking” at top bar menu.
    2. If click “My account”, after that click “Order” under my account sidebar.
    3. From here you will all your orders.
    4. If click “Order Tracking”, fill the order number receive from your billing email and fill in the billing email address.
  2. Checkout by guest : –
    1. Click “Order Tracking” at top bar menu.
    2. Fill in the order number receive from your billing email and fill in the billing email address.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

– Please send an email to our customers service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

– Orders that are in processing ,shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.

 

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.
